This coffee comes from a new project of our sourcing partners, Red Fox. The municipality of Palermo is located in northern Huila on the eastern edge of Colombias highest volcano, Nevado del Huila (5,364 meters). The steep mountainous slopes and their volcanic soil, along with the specific microclimate (warm days and chilly nights) contribute to this coffee’s exceptional character.
