Ethiopia is the origin of coffee.
Layo Teraga Cooperative is one of the most impeccable washing stations in Ethiopia. Evidence of high-quality processing, their washing channels and fermentation and soaking tanks are all nicely tiled ensuring everything runs super cleanly. A community of over 700 smallholder farmers now contribute their coffee cherries to this station. It is located in the Uraga district of the Guji zone. Its dense forests and gentle hills are just perfect for growing coffee. Our partners at Red Fox Coffee Merchants have a longstanding relationship with the Layo Teraga Cooperative and buy from them every season. We are very proud to support this relationship and we are ecstatic about offering you these awesome beans!
Each bag contains 340 grams (12 ounces) of whole beans. Don't have a grinder?
